Session fees are non-refundable, but I'm happy to transfer them to another date if weather or illness gets in the way.

Need something more — major appearance changes, creative photoshopping, or artistic effects? Happy to help. These are quoted per image and invoiced separately, since session fees reflect typical editing time.

Frequently Asked Questions
We're not fans of messy Michigan weather either! If the forecast isn't cooperating, we'll either move your session to our cozy studio or reschedule for a sunnier day.
During peak season, we typically need 2–3 weeks to edit your images and schedule your delivery meeting. We work as quickly as we can to get them to you sooner! If you have an urgent deadline, just let us know at your consultation and we'll do our best to accommodate.
If there's a technical issue on our end, we'll be the first to offer a re-shoot—no questions asked.
If you simply don't love your images (and there's no technical fault), you can request a re-shoot at 25% off the regular session fee. Please note that all original images from the first session will be forfeited, and re-shoots require pre-payment plus any applicable permit fees.
All images remain the property of Capture a Moment Photography, LLC and may be featured on our website, in advertising, or displayed in our studio. We're proud of the work we create together!
