My journey into the world of wellness started back in 2019 after trying just about every diet in the world. As a certified nutritionist, I've taken a more wholistic approach to health and dedicated myself to translating nutrition so that is can be implemented by anyone.
A boutique portrait studio in Mount Clemens serving families, high school seniors, and business owners across Macomb County and Metro Detroit since 2010.

Jen's journey into photography started in 2000, right after the birth of her first child. What began as a mom with a camera trying to keep up with the moments that move too fast grew into something she couldn't put down — a genuine love for capturing people the way they actually are, not how they think they're supposed to look in front of a lens.
That love turned into a business. In 2010, Jen co-founded Capture a Moment Photography, LLC in Mount Clemens alongside her longtime creative partner, Angela. For 15 years they built something real together — and in 2025, when Angela retired, Jen stepped forward as the sole owner and photographer, carrying the same heart and standard of work the studio was built on.
Over 15 years of professional photography experience, hundreds of families photographed, and a long list of schools across Metro Detroit represented in her portfolio — L'Anse Creuse, Anchor Bay, Regina, Bishop Foley, De La Salle, and more. She knows what she's doing, and more importantly, she knows how to make you feel like she does.

How it all started
Every session is scheduled exclusively on weekdays, which means you get my full, undivided attention. It's a boutique experience by design — planning, session day, artwork selection, professional editing, and delivery — not just a folder of files and a wave goodbye.
