Wolford Family

Don and Melissa are college sweethearts (Go Blue!) who married seven years ago but have been together for twenty!  Wow - congrats!  Their sweet daughter is Berkley who loves to read everything with words or letters on it and is anxiously awaiting the debut of her new brother or sister after Thanksgiving.  This combination maternity/family session took place on a gorgeous day at George George Park.  It was a crisp 45 degrees however the sun was out and warmed us up.  We love the company of the Wolford family.  They have always felt very at ease in our sessions (repeat clients!) and we love catching up with them and documenting  their lives.  

Melissa chose Berkley's outfit from Babies R Us and then Mom & Dad matched their clothes to what Berkley wore.  Melissa was a bit nervous given she was pregnant with a lot to juggle at the time.  Melissa said, "I took a deep breath and tried to trust that our family was beautiful and perfect the way we were every day and that Jen and Ang would capture that.  Relax, and don't worry about perfection...Jen and Ang are total pros, and they will capture the best parts of your family, regardless of how well you prepare.".  It warms our heart to know that you placed your trust in us.  We are so happy to have photographed your family.  The joy on Berkley's face tells a beautiful story.
