Sunday, June 5th, was a pretty great day at Capture a Moment Photography. We had many friends and family come by to see our beautiful new Studio in New Baltimore. Friends, family and new, curious visitors, got to sample great food, (cooked to perfection – thank you Brad), and check out the new digs! It was a very patriotic day with a visit from our political friends Anthony Forlini, the Mayor of New Baltimore, John Dupray and Anne Nicolazzo, who is running for Macomb County Commissioner for District 8. They assisted us with our ribbon cutting, and bonus, we got it done right before the rain! While I’m not a huge fan of dodging raindrops, all the kids in attendance seemed to get a thrill out of it!
It was great fun showing everyone around our studio, and being able to catch up with clients we haven’t seen in a while. Ang and I were thrilled to see some clients, who have used us in the past, come in, check it out, and book a session. There were also some that caught our article in The Voice News and stopped by to book sessions. Super exciting!!
It was a fun day and very weird for us to be on the other side of the camera so many times. I don’t know that I’ve ever had that many cameras pointed at my face at once. It was certainly a strange feeling!!
All in all, it was a wonderful day and we captured lots of fun moments. What a great welcome from the New Baltimore community and a fantastic showing of support from all our family and friends. Ang and I are beyond excited to see what is in store for us at our new location. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for all the support over the past six years! We have come so far, and the future is bright as we head into this new chapter of our business!
