Baby Leo at 3 Months old came to visit us just a few days ago. It wasn’t that long ago that we were taking images of this little beef cake as a newborn. It is truly amazing how much a baby changes in just 3 months. He was so sweet, so smiley, so perfect. It is truly a gift to us to be able to be a part of the lives of each of our Newborn families for that first year. Leo and his family are just a great example of that gift we have been given.
The beauty of a 3 month old baby is that he is pretty much willing to do anything and sit in anything we want. He came adorned with the cutest little bow tie and a smile. That’s all I need. He is a big boy but happily hung out in my arms during set changes. His big brother Noah wasn’t far behind and ready to help bring out the smiles.
This session was just a 30 minute session and it goes so very fast. We always set up a plan with the family first so that we are best able to optimize the time that we have with them. The grey Chevron was the perfect compliment to his little bow tie outfit. And the wood plank back drop allowed our eyes to focus on the most important subject, Leo. Many smiles were shared that day with the help of mom, dad, Noah and our magic tickle feather.
We look forward to seeing them again in 3 more months at his 6 month shoot. So much will have again changed and it is a thrill for us to enjoy the changes as each child grow up. In 3 more months we may even be able to enjoy an outside photo shoot. That warmth is so close yet so far away!
