Annual Reindeer Day Celebration!

It's that time again!  It is the Annual Reindeer Day Celebration with Capture A Moment Photography! For the past several years, Capture A Moment Photography has offered an incredibly unique Holiday experience to our very special guests.  Each year we create a unique set designed to accommodate up to 6 family and friends and a Real, Live, Reindeer!  The set is approximately 20 foot by 30 foot and is large enough to allow our guests and Prancer the unique opportunity to move around.  Set design starts around the beginning of October and will officially kick off our 2019 Holiday season on November 9th.  While I can't give away the surprise just yet, I can tell you that we are dreaming of a White Christmas this year right inside the comfort of our boutique style studio! 

Each session is approximately 15 minutes long.  During that time we encourage all of our guests to be sure and let Prancer know your wishes for the Holiday season. Because Prancer visits us all the way from the North Pole, we are only able to offer these sessions to a very limited number of guests over November 9th and 10th.  With the size of our set and the time that we have, we make sure to move our guests to different areas of the set in order to capture as many different places and positions that we can with Prancer and every member of your group.  The session does come with 7 High Resolution Downloadable images that you will select approximately a week after the session from your own private gallery.  Once your images are selected, they are reviewed to make sure no further editing is needed and released to you for you to download along with an emailed copyright release.  We want to make sure our guests are able to select the images quickly and easily so that you can share your Holiday spirit with friends and families as soon as possible. 

Every year it truly amazes us at how docile and calm Prancer is while working with our guests.  She works with Santa after all!  Every so often, Prancer decides that it is time to take a rest during some of her sessions and she will rest in the straw. Each of our guests are of course welcome to sit right down next to her.  Prancer does enjoy being carefully petted on her back.  We also keep on staff some very special Reindeer handlers to make sure Prancer and all of her guests remain safe and comfortable.  

Due to the time being limited, each 15 minute session is back to back on both days.  We do ask all of our guests to arrive approximately 15 minutes early to make sure we can keep everyone moving in order and on time.  That extra 15 minutes also allows our guests the opportunity to take off coats and touch up before their magical time with Prancer.  Once your session is complete, we invite all of the children to make a special Reindeer Food treat.  Reindeer Food is designed to be left out on the front lawn, porch, step or any other magical place your heart desires in order to capture the attention of Santa's Reindeer on Christmas Eve.  The children truly seem to enjoy this step in the process.  

Once your session is complete and you have finished making your Reindeer Food, feel free to head to the front desk again and check out the different ornaments on display.  We also offer the opportunity to purchase the full proof DVD or USB of your session, prints, and Holiday cards.  Our goal is to make sure you have every item you need to be able to remember, share and cherish all the Moments Captured with Prancer on that day.  Our wonderful front desk staff will be available to answer any and every question you may have.  

Don't forget!
