Sweet Alexa is 8 years old and came in just before making her First Holy Communion. We cannot believe that she is old enough to make her communion already! How did the time fly by so very fast? Nicci and Scott are her proud parents. Alexa is 8 years old and is an avid reader. Nicci, Nicci's sister (and special hair stylist), and Alexa joined us at the studio for the photo session to celebrate this moment in Alexa's young life. Her mom was hoping to catch the childlike joy and wonder as she prepared to make her First Holy Communion, and we think we captured it! Alexa isn't the first in the family to celebrate the First Holy Communion with us and it is exciting for us to be a part of this celebration for all of the children.
To make the session even more special, they brought along her rosary and Precious Moments bible because they are family heirlooms. We also incorporated mom’s tiara and veil from her wedding day. Nicci likes that she brought along items that have special meaning to her and her family for use in the photo session. We always encourage families to bring with them items with special meaning. Typically, every child preparing for their communion, will have special jewelry, a bible and a rosary along with other items that hold precious memories. It adds an extra element to an already special day and those are items we do not supply. We do, however, have an abundance of flowers to choose from for our special mirror image that is a must for each child that visits us.
We asked Nicci about her past sessions and why they have re-booked with us again. Her reply, "We love booking with you. You make the entire process from booking to choosing photographs easy and stress free! Your work speaks for itself too!". We love what we do and we believe it shows in our images that clients treasure for a lifetime. We also love having the chance to spend time with returning clients that have become like family. We always have a good laugh with the this family and even Nicci felt that "from start to finish we had a wonderful experience. Thank you!"
