Another amazing photoshoot for one of L’Anse Creuse High School’s awesome graduating seniors of 2023—Jonathan! (That’s right—if you’re graduating next year, the time to book your senior pictures is right now!) We are passionate about helping seniors have fun while capturing the things that make them unique. And this session was particularly special because Jonathan is family—he’s Angela’s oldest son. We had so much fun doing his senior photoshoot!
Jonathan is a car guy through and through. Very early on in his life, he determined that he wanted to work with engines. And his love for all things related to cars, trucks, and engines has only expanded over the year. He isn’t happy unless he is covered in automotive grease and brake cleaner. His other great love is his 2003 Pontiac Vibe GT. He has spent many hours making repairs and upgrading his car in so many ways.
Jonathan has always envisioned his senior pictures being taken up north, as close as possible to the Mackinaw Bridge. We’re happy to travel and love doing portraits in places that are close to our seniors’ hearts. Of course, his car was definitely coming along for the ride!
He also envisioned having a special trip made to a car junkyard—one of his happy places where he’ll spend hours hunting for parts. We spent a couple of hours simply driving through a junkyard that was opened in 1931. It didn’t take long before Jonathan was lost in the treasure hunt, totally oblivious to the blazing sun.
