Evan at 18 Months!

Evan at 18 Months!  This little man has been seeing us since he was a Newborn baby.  He has NEVER liked having his picture taken. Not as a Newborn, and every shoot thereafter, he has not been thrilled and they often ended in tears.  Those shoots that ended with a smile still on his face, also ended with high fives and hopes that the next shoot to come would be a little bit better.  This family is near and dear to my heart as the dad was the best man in my wedding, nearly 17 years ago!  Ouch!  That alone makes me old.  Our kids have grown up together and we have been friends since 1993.  My kids would be shocked that we were alive in the 1990’s.  LOL  But all along, we have remained friends and I have been blessed to be able to photograph the growth of their youngest son and tears and all, I was more than happy to do it!

We have been given the honor to not only photograph Evan as a baby and through the year, but also the family.  It has given us an opportunity to continue our work as family photographers as well as child photographers, high school seniors and so forth.  We truly enjoy photographing people and even the children that don’t enjoy their time with us, are still a blessing that we are grateful for every single day.

This shoot, his 18 month shoot, went relatively well.  I did include a couple of the screaming pictures, because, well, those are honestly my favorite.  I hope to do a collection blog of all pictures from Newborn to Easter this year, so look for that coming soon!
